As part of Lankin Investments, you'll work directly under the Corporate Controller, playing a critical role in data management and employee support. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of payroll experience, comprehensive knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, and a commitment to confidentiality and precision in handling sensitive payroll information.
Your role will directly contribute to our team's commitment to excellence and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately process payroll every pay period
• Keep comprehensive payroll records for all employees
• Coordinate employee benefit plans and changes
• Address payroll-related employee inquiries
• Ensure compliance with payroll reporting standards
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of payroll experience in Canada
• Understanding of Ontario payroll laws
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Completion or progress towards Payroll Compliance Professional designation
