Zanchin Automotive Accounting Specialist

Zanchin Automotive is looking for an Accounting Specialist to handle accounts receivable and payable tasks. This role is pivotal in maintaining financial accuracy and efficiency.

We seek a candidate with 1 to 3 years of accounting experience and relevant education. Your responsibilities will include data entry from invoices, cash balancing, and month-end closings. You'll also ensure seamless processing of vehicle transactions and assist in payroll when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records

• Calculate and post invoices and prepare bank deposits

• Print statements and manage cash control procedures

• Reconcile cash and insurance remittances

• Act as backup for payroll processing as required

Requirements:

• Proven accounting experience of 1 to 3 years

• Post-secondary education in finance or accounting

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP software

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
