Lankin Investments seeks an Accounts Payable Analyst to report to the Corporate Controller. With your 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting, you will ensure accurate invoice processing and execute essential payment workflows. Collaborating with departments and supporting vendor management processes will be crucial to this role’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices accurately and on time

• Execute semi-monthly cheque runs and payment processing

• Manage vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies

• Support automation initiatives with the team

• Collaborate with other departments for accounts payable support

Requirements:

• University or College education in business or accounting

• 1-3 years of accounts payable experience

• Strong understanding of the full cycle accounts payable process

• Experience using Yardi or similar ERP platforms

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
