Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable processes

• Monitor overdue balances and implement collection strategies

• Maintain customer account information in ERP system

• Resolve billing discrepancies related to various issues

• Prepare AR reports and cash flow updates

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

• 3+ years in accounts receivable and collections

• Experience with ERP systems, Syspro preferred

• Strong Excel and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving abilities
