You will oversee accounts payable and receivable, run schedules, and assist with month-end closes, all while maintaining a professional and efficient work style in an engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable

• Enter invoice data and print financial statements

• Perform cash balancing and generate bank deposits

• Prepare and process cheques as necessary

• Assist in closing month- and year-end processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience

• Educational background in accounting or finance

• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
