In this position, you will report to the Billing Operations Manager and take charge of customer account setups, rate calculations, and timely billing practices. You will engage with tenants, property owners, and utility companies to resolve disputes and optimize processes proactively. A blend of administrative and analytical skills will drive success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely onboarding of new properties into billing

• Maintain accurate customer accounts and billing rates

• Calculate rates per established guidelines

• Resolve billing disputes and inquiries effectively

• Generate insightful reports for decision-making

Requirements:

• Degree or Business Administration Certificate required

• Experience in Utility Billing and Data Analytics

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with Harris North Star preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
