Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end and year-end financial close processes

• Prepare financial statements and forecasts for executive review

• Conduct revenue recognition analysis under ASPE standards

• Oversee budgeting and financial planning initiatives

• Monitor cash flow and drive process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• 6+ years accounting and reporting experience

• 3+ years in a leadership role

• Familiarity with SAGE 300 ERP

• Strong Excel and reporting skills
