Accounts Payable Specialist

• Process all payments and expenditures, ensure purchase orders and invoices are approved for processing
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments
• Verify vendor accounts, invoice, or payment discrepancies
• Perform credit card reconciliations
• Monitor AP aging report

• 2+ years of full cycle AP experience in manufacturing or construction environment
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related experience
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
