Accounts Payable Specialist

Process all payments and expenditures, ensure purchase orders and invoices are approved for processing
Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments
Verify vendor accounts, invoice, or payment discrepancies
Perform credit card reconciliations
Monitor AP aging report

About you:

2+ years of full cycle AP experience in manufacturing or construction environment
Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related experience
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
