Reporting directly to the Manager of Accounting, you will play a crucial role in financial reporting and process enhancements. Collaborate with various business units to resolve chargebacks, conduct inventory analyses, and support cash management activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial reports for management review

• Oversee supplier chargebacks and coordinate solutions

• Perform month-end close entries and liaise with providers

• Conduct reconciliations for balance sheet accounts

• Assist with budget preparation and internal reporting

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of related accounting experience preferred

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred

• CPA designation preferred

• Strong Excel skills for data handling

• Effective communication for departmental collaboration
