In the role of Billing and Invoicing Specialist, you will manage all related processes, from preparing purchase orders to reconciling invoices and ensuring payment accuracy. You'll utilize SAP for approvals and maintain detailed records for departmental transactions. Strong experience in analysis and a keen eye for detail are critical for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee IT purchase orders and authorizations

• Ensure accurate invoice preparation and coding

• Maintain proper vendor relations for invoice discrepancies

• Assist in scheduling essential IT meetings

Requirements:

• Post secondary degree or diploma

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in billing or invoicing

• Proficient in PowerBI and Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
