Position: Accounting Clerk with Project Support Role
As an Accounting Clerk, you will provide crucial support for project accountants, focusing on accounts payable and data entry tasks. This position is essential to our financial operations in the construction sector.

This role calls for candidates with at least 2 years of accounting experience, predominantly in construction or real estate. It requires attention to detail and self-motivation while managing multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. Work collaboratively to maintain accurate project cost records and ensure timely payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct full cycle accounts payable processing

• Create and verify purchase orders and invoices

• Assist in project cost reconciliations

• Organize and maintain filing systems for invoices

• Provide administrative support to senior management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in an accounting environment

• Familiarity with high-volume data entry processes

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

• Knowledge of Trimble Project Sight or Sage 100 Contractor
