The client is a leading facilities organization in Canada seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Consultant for a 6-month rolling contract. In this hands-on role, you will assist the finance team in rectifying discrepancies and conduct thorough reconciliations of bank accounts and ledgers. Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and advanced Excel proficiency is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed account and bank reconciliations

• Review and clean general ledger entries

• Analyze data for inconsistencies needing clarification

• Facilitate month-end closing processes

• Work with accounting team to resolve past discrepancies

Requirements:

• CPA designation required

• In-depth experience with reconciliations

• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
