Position: Amynta Group Bilingual Accounting Support
Support the financial functions at the Amynta Group through a Bilingual Accounting Administrator position. This role emphasizes Accounts Payable and Receivable with a focus on accuracy.

In this dynamic role, you will manage cash reports, input supplier invoices, and assist with monthly billing processes. Qualified candidates will have bilingual abilities in English and French, a relevant post-secondary degree, and 1-2 years of accounting experience. Your strong organizational skills will ensure timely financial reporting with cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support all aspects of Accounts Payable and Receivable

• Keep account and vendor/customer files well organized

• Prepare journal entries for accurate recordkeeping

• Assist with balance sheet reconciliation tasks

• Generate necessary reports and schedules as needed

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and French

• Post-secondary degree in Accounting/Business

• 1-2 years experience in accounting roles

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and ERP

• Ability to work independently with a keen eye to detail
