Accounts Payable Invoice Specialist

Process invoices and reconcile payments as an Accounts Payable Specialist with Sporting Life Group in a hybrid environment supporting leading sports retail banners.

This Accounts Payable Specialist completes payments and controls expenses for merchandise and non-merchandise invoices. The work includes invoice verification, vendor management, payment support, reconciliations, sales audits, and month-end close. Sporting Life Group includes Sporting Life, Golf Town, and Team Town Sports.

• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and authorization
• Perform two-way and three-way invoice matching
• Code invoices to GL accounts, cost centers, and projects
• Resolve discrepancies and maintain vendor records
• Support payment runs, reconciliations, and month-end close

• Accounting, Finance, or related diploma or degree
• One to three years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience with D365 or similar systems
• Strong Microsoft Excel working knowledge
• Accuracy, communication, and deadline management skills
