Accounts Payable Associate Invoice Processing

Process invoices and vendor payments as an Accounts Payable Associate at White Cap, using reconciliation and financial data skills. This indoor position requires no travel.
Under general supervision, the Accounts Payable Associate supports financial record maintenance and timely invoice payments. The work includes coding accounts, researching customer information, reconciling transactions, and entering data in department systems. You will also analyze exceptions and maintain customer service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Code invoices and accounts for accurate transaction processing
Reconcile customer information and research account discrepancies
Process expenses, vendor payments, and payment checks
Monitor expense reports for policy exceptions or violations
Scan invoices and route unprocessed mail appropriately
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
Generally two to five years of relevant experience
Specialized skills training or certification may be required
Ability to follow defined policies and procedures
Ability to refer complex problems to supervisors
