Use credit analysis and B2B collections expertise to investigate invoices, deductions, and payment discrepancies for Highspring’s client. Candidates must reside in the Greater Toronto Area.
This Accounts Receivable Specialist handles full-cycle receivables across an assigned customer portfolio. You will review account activity, identify collection risks, and coordinate payment application with Cash Application. The position also supports customer inquiries, reconciliations, and credit-policy procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Review invoices, credits, deductions, and unapplied payments
- Research unidentified receipts and obtain remittance details
- Resolve billing and payment issues with internal teams
- Flag accounts and orders requiring further credit assessment
- Track disputes, collection actions, and productivity targets
- Three or more years of full-cycle accounts receivable experience
- Background in credit analysis and B2B collections
- Experience with account reconciliations
- Current Greater Toronto Area residence
- Authorization to work in Canada
