• Monitor overdue accounts and prioritize collection follow-ups
• Negotiate payment arrangements and track customer commitments
• Reconcile accounts, unapplied cash, and credit adjustments
• Maintain detailed collection and communication records
• Coordinate payment allocation and billing discrepancy resolution

• Five-plus years of high-volume B2B collection experience
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• CCP designation or enrollment considered an asset
• Current residence within the Greater Toronto Area
• Permission to work in Canada
