AR Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our client's team.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys working with numbers, is organized and confident communicating with customers. You will be responsible for the day-to-day accounts receivable activities, ensuring customer accounts are up to date, payments are allocated correctly and outstanding invoices are followed up in a timely manner.

Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will help keep the accounts receivable function running smoothly.

• Prepare and process customer invoices.
• Allocate incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
• Respond to customer enquiries relating to invoices and payments.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer account records.
• Assist with account reconciliations and month-end activities.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve account-related issues.

• Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or Credit Control role.
• Experience in the Logistics, Transport or Freight industry will be highly regarded.
• Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Confident communicating with customers regarding outstanding payments.
• Good reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage deadlines and prioritize daily tasks.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of your work.
