Cycle Accounts Payable Specialist

Use full-cycle accounts payable expertise and Excel skills as an Accounts Payable Specialist supporting a Highspring client. The role is based in the Greater Toronto Area.

This Accounts Payable Specialist processes high-volume AP transactions and resolves discrepancies before due dates. The position requires three or more years of full-cycle accounts payable experience, ERP experience, and strong communication. You will coordinate invoice approvals and vendor account reconciliation.

• Match vendor invoices with purchase orders
• Process weekly cheque runs and EFT payments
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements and transactions
• Investigate older purchase orders monthly
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries

• Three or more years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
• Experience processing high-volume AP transactions
• Ability to resolve invoice discrepancies
• Excel and ERP experience
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
