Our client is looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join their growing warehouse team. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of administrative support tasks within the warehouse.

Coordinate receipt of all materials following all established protocolPrepare necessary documentation for Shippers and Receivers and Order Pickers dailyGreet drivers and ensure all paperwork is completedEntering and importing data into systemCommunicate with office staff, carrier and Customer Service as neededUnderstand and comply with all HACCP and GMP policiesFollow-up with customers regarding shipments and back-ordered partsReceiving and distributing incoming packages for officeDevelop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendorsPerforming forklift duties as requiredPerforms other duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsMinimum of high school education or equivalent3 years relevant administrative experienceAbility to work under minimal supervisionExcellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and writtenCertified forklift training with valid license
