Duration: 3-Month Contract (July 2026 to October 2026)

Working alongside a small and collaborative team, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for customers while supporting day-to-day administrative operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, takes pride in attention to detail, and is eager to contribute wherever needed.

- Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, welcoming customers, and ensuring a positive showroom experience
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and support day‑to‑day front desk operations
- Assist with coordinating lunches, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen and office inventory, including water, coffee, tea, and other essentials
- Process credit card payments, prepare bank deposits, and support basic invoicing activities
- Coordinate shipments by preparing waybills, scheduling courier pickups, and processing order documentation
- Support administrative projects and provide assistance that enables senior team members to focus on higher-level priorities
- Complete occasional local errands, including supply pickups and lunch coordination during peak business periods
- Post‑secondary education combined with administrative, reception, customer service, or office support experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing information, documentation, and invoices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor
- Self‑motivated with the ability to take initiative and identify tasks that need to be completed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for occasional local errands
- Experience with Sage or accounting‑related tasks is considered a strong asset
