CAPCRETE is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, experience using AI tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative and office support.
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Manage filing systems and data entry.
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to improve workflow efficiency.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Assist with scheduling, record keeping, and project coordination.
- Perform other office duties as assigned.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience using AI tools and computer applications.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous office administration experience is an asset.
- Weekend work may be required based on workload and operational requirements.
- $20.00 per hour.
