Plant Administrator - HR & Payroll Duties

In this position, you will manage payroll preparation, track employee hours, and oversee HSE duties.
Your role will encompass addressing payroll inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in new employee orientations. A strong background in Excel and familiarity with WSIB claims management are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare payroll and process inquiries effectively
• Track and report daily hours to the Plant Manager
• Maintain confidential employee files and documentation
• Administer employee uniforms and reimbursement programs
• Coordinate plant events and assist with reporting
Requirements:
• College diploma focused on payroll management
• Excellent Excel skills required
• Experience in WSIB claims management
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of SAP beneficial
