You will manage 4-5 events annually, progressively taking on more responsibilities for the planning and execution processes. Effective communication, logistics management, and collaboration with leadership are central to this role. Additionally, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate a variety of events each year
• Handle logistics, timelines, and vendor coordination
• Align with leadership on event objectives
• Actively enhance event experiences through creative solutions
• Support administrative functions and member communications
Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant event planning experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency; social media skills
• Experience with Growth Zone or similar software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must reside in Canada with legal work eligibility
