Join a dynamic fashion retail company in Woodbridge, ON, as an On-Site Administrative Support. This role engages you in a lively environment filled with customer interactions and administrative tasks.
This 3-month contract, from July to October 2026, requires organized individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting. You will act as a first point of contact, manage incoming calls, and help maintain the office inventory. Your contributions will directly enhance the customer experience while gaining hands-on administrative experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the initial contact for customers entering the showroom
• Manage phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Assist with inventory and supply management
• Facilitate payments and basic invoicing processes
• Prepare shipments and schedule courier pickups
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education and experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Valid driver's license for local tasks
