As a Claims Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the claims department at CAA Club Group. This position requires a mix of administrative tasks, communication with clients and vendors, and involvement in the claims setup process. Your expertise in customer service along with organizational skills will shine as you handle day-to-day claims inquiries and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and send application packages to clients
• Prepare correspondence for clients and other stakeholders
• Coordinate examination schedules with vendors
• Support claims filing and manage departmental software
• Process invoices under the guidance of leadership
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education is mandatory, CIP designation preferred
• At least 1 year of claims or healthcare work experience
• Proficient in keyboarding and data entry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software
