In this role, you'll be vital in managing daily office operations, including handling calls, sorting mail, and maintaining the reception area. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and manage their inquiries professionally
• Answer and redirect calls and emails promptly
• Sort and distribute daily mail and office shipments
• Maintain and order office supplies as required
• Assist with meeting setups and administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Background in financial services or corporate environments is a plus
Excel as the first point of contact and support office efficiency as a Receptionist.
