As a Lien Clerk, you will manage and prepare lien files, ensuring thorough compliance with all associated legislation. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage communication effectively with clients and colleagues while maintaining accurate documentation throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and format various legal documents and correspondence
• Communicate with clients to address lien issues
• Organize and manage complex legal files effectively
• Assist in the creation of notices and affidavits for liens
• Ensure all communications meet required legal standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or completion of Legal Assistant program
• Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Familiarity with legal terminology and processes
