This role offers a chance to utilize strong organizational skills while ensuring all dealership operations run efficiently.
As the Compliance Administrator, your duties will include managing contracts initiated by specialists and processing all finance and lease deals. You'll ensure that funding documents are executed correctly and confirm payment deposits for sold vehicles. Additionally, you will enter warranty purchases into CDK, supporting overall dealership excellence alongside the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee vehicle contracts initiated by sales staff
• Process finance and lease deals to obtain approvals
• Ensure all funding documents are completed accurately
• Verify deposit receipt for all sold vehicles
• Enter warranty details into DMS (CDK)
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Skilled at multitasking and working under pressure
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings
• Experience with CDK and licensing advantageous
