Key Responsibilities:
• Distribute application packages to clients through email and mail
• Handle correspondence for clients and legal representatives
• Organize examination schedules with vendors
• Support departmental communications and maintain software
• Process invoice payments as directed by adjusters
Requirements:
• Required post-secondary education, CIP designation preferred
• Minimum one year of relevant claims or healthcare experience
• Proficient keyboarding and data entry skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience using the Microsoft Office suite
