Randstad Canada is currently seeking an Imaging Specialist Associate to join a document processing facility in Concord, ON.
The position is a full-time role located in Concord, Ontario.

Role:
Imaging Specialist (Data Entry & Scanning)
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Location:
Concord, Ontario
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Straight Days)

Opportunity for internal growth and rotation between scanning, quality control, and release/indexing tasks.
Responsibilities
Scanning documents, ensuring quality control, indexing files, and releasing materials to clients.
Scanning – Loading sheets into one of various types of scanners for processing and returning sheets to the box in the same order as received.
Quality – Confirming accuracy of scanned documents.
Release/Index – Documenting files and releasing scanned material to customers.
Qualifications
Requires attention to detail, computer proficiency, and comfort with light physical tasks.
Full-time availability.
Comfort with physical labor.
Prior background in administration / data entry roles.
