As an essential team member reporting to the Pastor or Designated Supervisor, your focus will be on supporting coordinators across multiple ministries. You will assist in welcoming visitors, managing communications, and ensuring all administrative tasks are executed effectively. Preferably, you have experience within a Catholic context to better relate to and assist our community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with visitors and parishioners warmly
• Provide information to direct people effectively
• Assist in maintaining registration records
• Order office supplies and manage inventory
• Create essential documents for meetings and reports
Requirements:
• Associates degree or 2-3 years of relevant experience required
• Two years of ministry experience in a Catholic environment
• Competence in MS Office programs
• Strong multitasking and project delivery skills
• Flexible availability to adjust work hours
