We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Field Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Concord. Your
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the Installation Department
Organize and maintain digital and physical files and records
Prepare and process work orders, reports, and documentation
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all administrative tasks
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Ensure database information is readily accessible and accurate
Skills and Attributes
Strong problem‑solving and customer service skills
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proficient with technology
Excellent communication skills, resilience, and self‑motivation
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
Qualifications
Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Previous administrative experience is preferred
