You will complete rental agreements using the IRS system and oversee logistics, ensuring that all customer needs are met promptly. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate customer assistance for rental needs
• Process rental agreements in IRS software
• Promote products to optimize customer experience
• Coordinate logistical aspects for equipment rental
• Maintain accurate records of rental units
Requirements:
• E.C. in science of administration beneficial
• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Familiarity with DBS/IRS systems a plus
• Strong attention to detail in handling tasks
