This summertime role involves providing vital administrative support to the Purchasing department under the guidance of the Purchasing Manager. You'll assist with purchase orders and maintain purchasing records, while collaborating with multiple internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• File and process purchase orders and vendor documents
• Manage computerized records of purchases and inventories
• Prepare concise reports by gathering data
• Track and confirm delivery schedules for orders
• Communicate with vendors to resolve issues
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in Business or Operations Management program
• Must have co-op eligibility from an educational institution
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
