Become an essential part of bb Blanc's team as an Administrative Assistant, where you'll provide top-notch customer service and office support. Experience in administrative roles is a must!
This part-time position runs Monday to Friday from 1pm to 5:30pm, where you will greet clients, answer calls, and help maintain an organized office environment. Your independence and initiative will be key as you manage various general office tasks and support the social team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer telephones and redirect calls efficiently
• Greet guests and offer light refreshments
• Notify staff of guests and packages arriving
• Keep main floor areas and boardrooms clean
• Order supplies and ensure office inventory is stocked
Requirements:
• 2+ years of administrative or clerical experience required
• Strong time management and organizational capabilities
• Assist with onboarding for new employees
• Provide general administrative support for the social team
• Willingness to take on additional assigned tasks
