Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee front office operations and visitor management
• Analyze production data and prepare weekly reports
• Facilitate employee onboarding and engagement activities
• Assist in managing financial invoicing and reconciliations
• Ensure proper documentation for HR audits and performance reviews
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a related field
• High School Diploma;
Associate Degree preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
