As an Executive Assistant, you will be integral to the Finance Director and Park President’s success. Your responsibilities will include tracking meeting outcomes, preparing key documentation, and managing office reception. You will also handle correspondence, oversee mail services, and maintain office supply inventory, ensuring everything runs smoothly for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support senior leaders with administrative and operational functions
• Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items
• Prepare documents for leadership and corporate communications
• Professionally manage reception and greet all visitors
• Assist with office supplies and mail correspondence
Requirements:
• At least three years of relevant office experience
• Proficient in MS Office with strong organizational skills
• Capacity to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Positive team-oriented attitude in a lively environment
• Availability for full-time hours throughout the contract
