The position will be pivotal in managing employer contributions and other analyses, currently transitioning from Toronto. You'll work closely with various stakeholders, addressing inquiries and ensuring reports are processed accurately. Strong organizational skills will be essential in meeting deadlines and managing tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and audit employer contribution reports daily
• Analyze reports for irregularities and reconcile accounts
• Assist union representatives with required documentation
• Distribute and manage cheques from Accounting
• Follow-up on discrepancies in self-payments
Requirements:
• Experience in office administrative roles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Minimum completed secondary school education required
