Ryder is looking for a self-motivated individual to join their team on a part-time basis. You will handle vehicle titles, coordinate necessary documents, and assist with internal and external inquiries. The position requires adaptability and technical skills in licensing processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create paperwork for title and registration
• Coordinate with shops on additional documentation
• Ensure submission accuracy to regulatory agencies
• Open and prepare renewal documents upon receipt
• Input payment information into the database
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory
• At least three years of customer service experience preferred
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel functions
• Intermediate proficiency in Workday is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
