In this position, you will handle daily office functions, assist with accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR), and mentor an Admin Assistant. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily office operations and scheduling
• Support AP and AR processes with accuracy
• Mentor the Admin Assistant and oversee delegation
• Conduct follow-ups on overdue accounts securely
• Assist with front-office tasks and reception duties
Requirements:
• 3+ years of administrative experience needed
• 2 years in an Office Manager role specifically
• Bookkeeping experience with AP/AR processes required
