Enhance operational efficiency at ASSA ABLOY as a Logistics and Documentation Specialist in Vaughan, Ontario. This 6-month contract requires proficiency in ERP systems and strong organizational skills.
In this role, you will manage various documentation processes, working closely with transport providers and brokers to ensure compliance and accuracy. Your ability to handle and organize a significant volume of paperwork is essential for successful operations. You'll help maintain organized systems that support our logistics needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Obtain Bill of Lading and tracking documents from transport providers
• Use broker portals for customs paperwork consolidation
• Detail purchase orders, including HTS codes and COO
• Organize documents for auditing purposes
• Collect and manage sales order documents electronically
Requirements:
• Experience with ERP systems is crucial
• Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced)
• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation
• Proficient in written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with HTS codes
