Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain project records and manage documentation

• Coordinate project kickoff meetings and notes

• Assist in client communication and correspondence

• Track finish samples and their approval status

• Prepare administrative project updates and reports
Requirements:

• Relevant degree or diploma in Project Management or related area

• 2–5 years in project coordination or administration

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with ERP systems for documentation

• Effective communication and organizational abilities
