This position involves crucial administrative support for the Installation Department, focusing on organization and communication. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing work orders, and ensuring confidentiality. Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Installation Department with administrative tasks
• Organize and maintain files, both digital and physical
• Prepare and process documentation and reports
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
• Available Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Previous administrative experience preferred
• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
