Reporting to the Legal Risk Manager, your primary responsibilities will involve vendor registration support, insurance compliance management, and accounts receivable monitoring. You will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with contractual obligations and managing important project documentation. The position also includes assisting with the closeout processes to ensure smooth transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete registration forms and prequalification packages
• Track and manage Certificates of Insurance
• Support monitoring of accounts receivable and payment statuses
• Track lien periods and project compliance deadlines
• Maintain organized contract and compliance documentation
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business or Legal Administration
• Minimum 2 years in contract or legal administration
• Strong detail-oriented and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
