As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with internal teams and clients to support the onboarding process and document management. Your organizational skills will ensure no detail is missed during project execution. Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage incoming client orders accurately
• Organize project documentation and meeting agendas
• Communicate effectively with clients and project teams
• Coordinate finish sample requests and track updates
• Develop project status reports and maintain records
Requirements:
• Business Administration or related degree
• 2–5 years of project coordination experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with cloud-based document management systems
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
