Support operations as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant and Receptionist vide vital administrative and greeting services to clients and team members during weekend shifts.
Reena is hiring two part-time Administrative Assistants and Receptionists to enhance service delivery. In this role, expect to manage telecommunications, greet visitors, and assist with various administrative tasks. Efficiency is key as you’ll maintain schedules, document meetings, and support team needs in a diverse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors and staff in person or online
• Perform administrative tasks like filing and data input
• Coordinate and document meeting details and minutes
• Monitor clerical efficiency and update records
• Assist with supply procurement and compliance preparation
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of administrative experience needed
• Diploma in a related field preferred
• Knowledge of non-profit sector is an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media
• Basic understanding of Judaic customs preferred
