Our client is on the lookout for a part-time Property Management Administrator who is reliable and organized. This role requires performing diverse office administrative duties alongside data management for tenant contacts. Your contributions will help support overall property management functions and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle photocopying, faxing, and general mailing duties
• Prepare tenant billing and documentation for management
• Enter data for tenants and manage lease info effectively
• Oversee maintenance vendor work and coordination
• Ensure office supplies are stocked and work areas tidy
Requirements:
• University diploma with property management course completion a plus
• Three years’ bookkeeping experience required
• Strong communication and customer service proficiencies
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet tools
• Compliant with environmental and quality standards
