This role reports to the Director, Insurance & Risk Management, and requires 2-4 years of administrative experience in insurance or property management. You will be responsible for tracking COIs, organizing documentation in SharePoint, and maintaining accurate tenant records in Yardi, all while demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
• Collect and review tenant/vendor Certificates of Insurance
• Maintain accurate data in internal systems like Yardi
• Organize and manage documentation on Share Point
• Proactively communicate with tenants and vendors regarding insurance requirements
Requirements:
• 2–4 years in administrative roles, insurance experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with Yardi and SharePoint is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities
